BBT Award Winning Service and Maintenance
Our award winning service & maintenance department operates with a staff of over 20 fully qualified technicians. All BBT technicians are manufacturer trained, widely experienced and work to the exacting standards as laid down by Konica Minolta UK. We use only OEM parts & consumables to ensure reliability and consistent copy/print quality. All of our technicians are fully equipped with the manufacturer recommended levels of parts/consumables, stock, laptops/PDA’s and state of the art diagnostic software and equipment as you would expect from an award winning technical department.
We have recently installed the very latest service control software Remote Care which allows the new BizHub range to communicate directly with BBT via e-mail (where applicable at location). This allows the equipment to report it’s own meter readings (saving you the trouble of monthly meter reading), it requests toner and other consumables when required and can then schedule routine maintenance and parts requirements, which allows you to get on with your own tasks rather than be continually interrupted by us for meter readings, calling for toner, reporting faults etc.
Our service and maintenance costs are fully inclusive of all parts, labour, routine maintenance and consumables (including toner but excluding paper). We offer copy quality and reliability guarantees as well as guaranteed maximum response times to emergency calls by a manufacturer trained and fully qualified technician.
It is no mistake or coincidence that BBT have been awarded the prestigious, national, annual Konica Minolta award of ‘Special Recognition for Outstanding Service Excellence’ in 2007 AND 2008. This award is only made after a regular (6 monthly) rigorous assessment and evaluation process by manufacturer and independent personnel into our sales/service/maintenance standards and overall business operation, methods and financial stability.
